Users can explore AI chats to ask questions in plain English and get answers, watch session recordings and heatmaps to see user journeys, collect feedback through surveys, interviews, and widgets, and use analytics and user activity tracking to monitor product performance and user behavior.
Is free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan to all new users. No credit card required.
What does MTU mean?
MTU stands for Monthly Tracked Users. It refers to the number of unique users Crowd tracks on your product or website each month.
What happens when I exceed my MTU limit?
You’re charged $5 for every additional 1,000 MTU over your plan limit.
What’s included in each plan?
All plans include our full analytics and research suite, AI-powered insights, unlimited viewer seats, and event/session tracking. Higher plans offer more MTU, editor seats, AI usage, and support.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger teams?
Yes. If you exceed 200,000 MTU or have advanced needs, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major credit and debit cards. For enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoicing on request.
Do you offer any integrations?
Right now, you can install Crowd on any platform that supports custom scripts, including tools like Shopify, Framer, Webflow, and more. We’re actively working on official integrations with tools like Slack, Zapier, and Segment to better support our expanding feature set. Stay tuned!
